With 15 years experience in Hot Buffet style catering, we are known for our authentic and Afro- fusion style of cooking. By drawing from recipes and ingredients from all over the world, we provide delicious, fresh and wholesome African and Caribbean party food with a difference. Our innovative Sauces, Stews and accompaniments are guaranteed to satisfy and delight your family or guests; ensuring that your party/event is a memorable one.

How we work
Evanty Catering has two main strands of service. The hot buffet style service and kitchen to kitchen service.Panel 2
Hot buffets
Whatever the occasion -from small house parties to larger private or corporate events; food can be selected from our mouth - watering hot buffet menu, which consists of a wide selection of meat/poultry/ fish and accompaniments. Prices are based on choice of dishes selected, and we always aim to provide for all budgets.

From my kitchen to yours
If you tired of eating out or too busy to cook for your in house dinner party, this is the answer for you. We will cook your authentic or Afro-fusion food on the day you need it, using the freshest and finest of ingredients ready for delivery or collection at the time you want it. All you have to do is to give us 48 hours notice.

Authentic Caribbean Goat Curry
This wholesome Evanty Goat Curry is a popular party choice and favourite of many. It works well with both bone-in and boneless meat, which is seasoned with herbs and spices commonly used in the Caribbean and left overnight for maximum infusion.
